Stair crawler
One thing about young toddler at home is he has never been tired out. Always full of energy and curiosity. He is up to any mischief or adventure any time that he can be let loose.
But there is one thing that I dread the most is staircase. Jamie just love to climb the staircases lately. What worry me the most is that he may misstep and fall. He did managed to climb all the way to the upper floor once when we were back here in September.
Look at my cheeky boy.

Both Jan and Jay started their swimming lesson this month. Hope they are able to swim soon but for time being, let them have some fun and exercises.
Some warm up in the pool first
Jamie could only see while the brother is comforting him

Save the frozen
Let it go! Let it go!
Save the frozen from the ice.
Since the kids were restless, I planned a little fun for them before their bath time.
Pre-freeze some toys preferably animals but I could not find all animals to fit into 3 containers so I mixed with other toys. Freeze the toys half way in the containers. Once they are frozen, add more water to full. This is to ensure the toys stayed half way in the ice.
Play time!!
How eager were them hitting the ice with metal spoons!! Even Jamie also testing the cold ice with his finger.
Then I added some water to the frozen toys to melt them. Now it was much easier to hit.
She got Strawberry Shortcake and little crab.
He saved Master Monkey.
After all the freezing fun, everyone was off to a warm bath, including the mummy.

Not so magical
Went to Plaza Merdeka last night. The decoration was not very interesting and Christmassy.
Nevertheless the kids enjoyed taking photos there.

Safety 1st then play
Just a few rounds in the car porch. Let Jan and Jay had some fun riding their bike and scooter.
But safety first, according to Jay. He immediately went to get the proper safety gears.
Ended up I told them to just wear helmets since just ride in a small space. They were much obliged.
As for the little one, he just has to be content with his car indoor.

Spending time @ CityOne Mall
It was Saturday night and it means "kai kai" time for my restless children. They have been waiting so long to go to CityOne Mall. To play in the games arcade.
With their gung gung, poh poh and ye ye, we ended up for almost 2 hours in CityOne's games arcade.
This was Jamie's first time there and he too had good times.
Hitting
Driving
In fire engine
Had a tour in Africa
He likes to drive
Pony ride
And it is very Christmas-sy in CityOne. The kids' favourite Frozen characters were also making special Christmas appearance.

On their own
Both Jan and Jay have been sleeping together in a room for a week now.
We basically put up 2 mattresses in Jay's room for the kids. Going to buy a double-decker for the boys' room but since Jamie is still young, we will not get the double decker that fast.
Jan is supposed to sleep in her own room but we discovered her bedroom ceiling is leaking so need to fix that problem 1st before she can move and sleep on her own. So for now, she has to put up with Jay in his room. I think it is a great idea to have both together in a room as Jay is afraid to sleep alone and needs a companion. Hopefully he will be able to sleep on his own in his room when Jan is to move back to her room.
For now both kids are happy to be together. And the little one also love to visit and play with them in the bedroom.

Visit to nanny
This morning, we made a visit to the kids' ex-nanny. How excited the kids were seeing their beloved nanny.
This was Jamie's 1st visit to nanny but he immediately warmed up to her. Must be those motherly vibes that nanny have on him.
Nanny was happy to see Jan and Jay as well first time meeting Jamie and gave an ang pow to him. We stayed for about 1 hour and before we left, nanny asked us to visit her anytime soon. We will do that.

His 1st Christmas tree
Jamie got his 1st Christmas tree!
Who does not love a Christmas tree?
Who does not love a Christmas tree?
He got to see how it was set up, decorated and get to see the blinking light around it. The only question is would the tree lasted that long till Christmas before his itchy hands disturb or destroy it? ^^

The big boy
Have been planning to pen this down but did not get down to it till now. Really a lazy mum. Lol.
My eldest son, Jay has grown up so much this year. Weighing 16kg and stand tall at 104cm, he loves to eat noodles.
He is more independent now, doing things by himself. He still has that cheekiness and playfulness in him but he listens more.
He brushes his own teeth and bathes himself (under minimal supervision, changes himself without my help sometimes. He feeds himself now although I would be expecting messes under the table most of the times.
And did I mentioned that he did not wet his bed for few months now?? Happy he is out of that stage now.
He loves to make himself cute and pretty. Since the dad bought a cowboy hat for him last week, he could not stop wearing it all the times (except going to school).
Talking about school, we got his report card back. Drop in his marks. Oh well, need to teach him more over the school holiday.
He had his graduation concert last Friday night. He performed few dances.
5 years and 3 months old, he can behave when you least expect him to be. Most of the times, he is adorable. Other times? Crawling on your head! Lol.
