10, 7 and 3 respectively, they are sure growing up fast.  

I love them for who they are.

The eldest being big sister taking charges of the younger siblings.  A responsible  and independent girl, she could be timid at one time but a very sensitive and caring person.

The second child is more playful and requires attention but he has his own interest and talents.  This year, he has been more experimental with recycled things and creating something out of them. Some day he shows his sentimental side of him that surprise you at all.

The youngest is the handful one.  Cheeky and with his own tantrum, but he is loved by everyone. A personality of his own, he is the baby of the house.

Visit to nanny

This morning, we made a visit to the kids' ex-nanny. How excited the kids were seeing their beloved nanny. 

This was Jamie's 1st visit to nanny but he immediately warmed up to her. Must be those motherly vibes that nanny have on him. 

Nanny was happy to see Jan and Jay as well first time meeting Jamie and gave an ang pow to him. We stayed for about 1 hour and before we left, nanny asked us to visit her anytime soon. We will do that.

Blessed with them

I am blessed to wake up every morning to the sounds of their chatters and laughters. They can be a nuisance once a while during the day with their childish act. At night, they must have their pillow fights or play times in bed before their sleeps.

Bitter, sweet, boiling temper and melted heart. Tough and tricky to be a parent!

Irregardless of everything, I am blessed to have them. To see them smiling and be happy as children supposed to be. Love them very much.

Grateful

Every day is a new challenging day. No one knows what is going to happen or what will be in front of you the very next second. But I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful gifts that he gives me. I am so blessed. There is nothing else I could ask for when ever I wake upin the morning.

Salon experiences

My 2 older kids love to visit the salon and have their hair cut. Just yesterday I brought them for their monthly trimming. Jay got a new hair style instead of cutting it "botak" most of the times. Jan just trim it square and have her front bang trimmed shorter as she wanted to have longer locks.

Today is mummy's turn to do something to her hair. It has been 6 months since her last hair cut. Now the hair has grown to just slightly below the shoulder. No time to do anything prior to CNY. But who cares? Not into rushing and get herself prettier for cny anyway. *wink*

My new nephew

Just received news from my sil that she gave birth to her 2nd child, a baby boy in Kuching this afternoon. Pre-mature at 24 weeks!

She had some bleeding last night and went to check with doctor. Ended up doctor said her placenta is too low and there is some contractions. So without further delay the baby has to be induced. Weighing below 1 kg. Baby needs to be under observation for few months.

Pray for my nephew and hope he is in good health. My wishes go to my bil and his wife.

My dad sent a scooter that he bought from Japan to my kids via Big J. Big J came back from training in Kuching yesterday. 

The kids were excited seeing the new scooter. They tried ir out at their gu gu's house last night since the compound is bigger.

What we do?

We spent most of our times at home.  Indoor!  It is pretty hazy in Kuching for the past weeks and my princess is coughing and Big J is not feeling well.  So we do not go out that often.

The kids will dig, bring out, play and read at home.  We have not finish unpack their stuff, mostly toys and books.  So when they saw their favourite toys, books or DVD, they will bring out and play with them.  And poor me, has to clean after them.  Like this weekend, Princess and Baby Jay were busy fixing the 3D puzzle brought by their gu-gu till they missed their afternoon nap.  While Big J and I were busy catching up on the Chinese drama, the kids are busy with the puzzles.

The swimming pool in our clubhouse is still under repair.  It has been in repair for many weeks now and my kids have been nagging about bringing them to swimming pool.  Sigh!  Wonder when the swimming pool will be ready.  I also feel the heat and cannot wait to dip into the cooling water. 

On holiday

I drove the kids and SIL to airport this morning around 6am for their 7.10am flight to Sibu.  Princess was up early and very excited about the holiday, while Baby Jay was still half sleepy half blur of his surrounding.  But after a while, he was fine.

They will be taking the afternoon express to Kapit.  I am going to miss them........

It is hard to take pictures of two kids together. It takes hard work to put them together and pose for the camera. Oh well, this is the latest one and although they hardly look straight in the lens, it is the best I could do!










One of the rare outing we had a week ago. And it was the first time we brought them to Reservior Park Kuching. It was a good outing as the kids can have some fresh air and exercise around the park. I used to go there for jogging but it has been ages since then.




I told Princess that my parents took their wedding photo on this bridge more than 35 years ago, and she also "kiasu" wanted to take photo there too! *wink*

Another Ling boy

How time flies and my nephew (Jed) is 5 months old today. Cute boy. Both of my kids adore their little cousin. Soon he will learn to flip over and make small moves around the house.
